.Check out my PuppyBeds!
aka...CrateMats

In order to keep the prices reasonable, I shop sales and remnant tables. For that reason I can make custom mats, but seldom with specific themes or colors. If something special is desired, I can shop for you, and tack the extra cost of more expensive fabric onto the price of the mat. We can discuss that, should the need arise.

I priced my beds by checking on-line sites, and under-cut the sale prices on other fleece beds. (and mine are thicker and prettier!)

The front page will explain about washing, the premium fiber fill, and all that other good stuff.

Now, here are a few of the mats I have on hand. If you see something you like, contact me. We'll figure out how to get it to you.

As with all my web pages, this is constructed in a very informal manner. I've chosen to leave the pictures large, so they can be more easily viewed, and will add new mats as I make them

It is a good idea to measure your crate before ordering any crate mat. There are currently so many different manufacturers offering plastic, soft-side, and wire crates that it's impossible to keep up with them. And all of these manufacturers further complicate matters by making their own offerings a different size from everyone else's.

Many crate mat companies are now lumping sizes together to save at their end, for example....some retailers sell one mat as suitable for a 300 or a 400 Vari Kennel.

To be assured of getting the best fit, consider a custom made mat. I make all sizes up to 28" x 42". Fleece becomes very heavy at any size about 20"x30", and too cumbersome for me to handle about 28" x 42". (Sorry, Great Dane owners, but I can make you one out of cotton/polyester.)

I ued different reverse colors to coordinate with this pattern, mostly solids. But on a couple of them I got a little crazy and used this stripe.

I still have about a yard of the stripe, if anyone would like it paired with a matching solid.
A dear friend gave me this fabric in a kit for Christmas. It was supposed to be a throw, but I looked at it and saw crate mats instead. I also have several sizes in this pattern. Check with me about the sizes and prices on this one too.

I got two dog mats from the pretty fabric above. I seldom find prints this nice, everyone who sees this one really likes it.
This will fit a 400 Vari-Kennel and is $20.00
We all make mistakes. This is one of mine. I purchased this fabric from a 2" swatch on-line, at an unbelievable price for the quality. How could I know from that tiny picture that it would be so gorgeous! My mistake is that I should have bought a lot more than 2 yards [also bought this one for a throw].

I made a 28"x 42" custom crate mat for a buyer from this, and had enough left over to make two 20" x 30" mats and two toy sized ones which sold at our local dog show. I liked it so well I'm keeping one of the larger ones for myself. [ME....not the dogs!]

The one I have left is $20.00.

More as I make 'em.
Stop back often,
or contact me by email and let me know what you need.
.Here's another Peanuts mat. This one, and the 200/300 Vari-Knl. size one the appropriate page, are both quilted along all the lines on the length of the mat. Ordinarily, fleece patterns are NOT printed straight, and this would not work, but this is a well-made 'liscensed' pattern, and the lines were actually straight enough to use as a guide. I'd love to get my hands on more of this fabric!
